Tiger Helmet Stickers

In looking at the Game 1 photos, I noticed that our players have four distinctive stickers on their helmets ... the "Superman S" that of course is in memory of Steve Studer, the Paul Brown, but the two on the back right I am not familiar with. One is "T. G." and the other is Obie with some slogan top and bottom. Can somebody please clue me in?

"TG" honors Tyler Gardiner, while OBIE is honoring Chuck Mather.
