He obviously didn't know he was going to be a pro. It would have been easy to just laugh off such an agreement. He didn't. :thumbsup:

What I found most amazing is that the friend actually still had that signed agreement.

How amazing that the kid still had the napkin? And even MORE amazing that Verlander lived up to the agreement. I know what it feels like to be thirsty. I probably would have done the same thing. Although MY payout would have been about 3 dollars!!!
