Hopefully, we'll get the "SWING" back into the band. Last year, some of the shows seemed so repetitive.

I hope that the rank leaders will help Mr. Neel as much as possible. This is a time when they can be true "leaders" and bring this band back to its former form and reputation. We know that you can do it together and we wish you all the best.

Definitely looking forward to what this guy can bring. I don't know what it is, but I have a good feeling about the band this year. It truly don't mean a thing if we ain't got that SWING!

It means----180 steps a minute which is what we used to do. That is great, Mr. Neel. You are going to thrill a lot of people if you can reinstitute a great deal of the past along with putting in some Ohio State Buckeye stuff.

Wow that sounds great. My niece is a section leader and she seems excited about the upcoming year. I wish Mr. Neel and all of the band members great
year. Also glad to hear the some of the lost traditions are being reinstated.

Here's hoping that during the away games they play a song in front of us fans BEFORE they sit down in the stands...........

Too often the last few years they would just walk into a the visiting stadium and sit down immediately.

The football team got back to business last year ..... fireworks are back ..... seems the band is back to business ...... that spotlight that shines over the Massillon that was getting alot dim seems to be GLEAMING!

Those uniforms are super expensive, more so than football uniforms I am sure.

The uni's are very expensive, but you'd think they could get a better orange color...
That's my only gripe with them, heck I wished we had summer uniforms!

I wish they were a little moe Tiger orange also. Idk for sure, but in all likelihood they were ordering from a catalog and didn't actually get to see the true material and color until they received them. At least that is how it is for most of the other groups that have to order uniforms.

anything would be an upgrade from the last few years. i was beginning to think that i may become part of the band to help liven things up a little bit. the funny thing is I never played an instrument ever!

here is to hoping that all is better this season with the new director!

Our daughter is was a hold out and has finally come around and she is estatic. From what I am hearing from her, the snap is back in the routines and the tempo's have been adjusted to their proper place.

Mr. Neel is high on discipline and conditioning which has been missing. I know there are some kids struggling right now, but it will get better. Stick with it!

The 'X' factor has arrived Mr. X!
