It is a must win on Tuesday to even the series and put all the pressure back on the Pistons in game 5.

Seems as if the Cavs have to catch all the breaks, just to eek out a win. Once this goes back to Detroit, I'm afraid it's " lights out " ....

Detroit has too many weapons. :stars:

I dont know why people talk about the Pistons like they are so unbeatable. They arent much better than we are, i'll take our chances anyday.

Go Cavs!

Go Cavs!

I agree with that, total pts after 3 games,,,240 - 240.

Cavs didnt play much better tonight then they did in Detroit, just made the buckets at the end. I would predict 4 more games going to the wire.

Chubby Tiger,

Bad timing. Since 2003, Detroit is 4-1 in game 7's.

Many in the national media says the Pistons have been "playing down to the level of the Cavaliers." If Billups and Rip Hamilton continue to be invisible the Cavs have a shot. I truly hope the Cavs don't lay an egg like the Jazz did at home in game 4 (on Monday night).

longtimefirsttime,

FAIAPS, the Jazz are done. They're beaten. You can see it in their eyes. No way they win in San Antonio.

May the Eastern Conference Finals be with the Detroit Pistons. Now go get ready for the game! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-50fhqD3HtA

Anyone but Detroit!

Is it a coincidence that Detroits gaurds are both playing well below their statistical averages?

Hamilton played very well in game 1. Other than that, they havent played well at all.

Billups...cmon people! One bad game happens, 2 bad games are a coincidence, 3 should tell you that we are no joke.

2 buckets away from a 3-0 lead. Im not worried at all.....

If the Cavs win tonight, I think Detroit is in trouble.

Tonight was Boobies coming out party. He should start. Im so sick of Hughes. Gooden got big tonight. I loved the intensity.

I can't figure out what is going on in the 3rd. I guess if it means a big 4th and another win, it doesn't matter as much.

It is a series now and I like how Lebron took control of the game in the 4th quarter. I still think Cleveland is a year or two away but they are bringing it to Detroit. This is not a high scoring series but I still enjoying it. Detroit in 7!!

Boobie was huge! Hughes should not have been out there. He was a liability on defense. And Lebron was simply Lebron.

I would love to see the cavs came out in game 5 and get a win and really put the pressure on Detroit. I really thought the cavs had to split the first two games with the Pistons in order to win the series. However, if the Cavs can win game 5 then I look for them to have a really good shot at making the finals.

Detroit has their backs to the wall. Cleveland is in the eye of the storm and the Pistons have to overcome their problems to get back the momentum that has been stolen from them.

They wear "PISTONS" on their jerseys. That should mean something and it will show hopefully in game 5.

May the Eastern Conference Finals be with the winner of game 5.

It does mean something. It means they play in Detroit.

MTown,

It means more than that. It means they have a championship will and tradition to uphold. Defend it AT ALL COSTS, no matter what happens.

MTown

It's not like they're the defending champions. No matter who wins this series, they will probably get beat by the Spurs anyway.

Is the Pistons "championship will and tradition" greater than the Spurs?

MTown,

Detroit and San Antonio have the same championship will and tradition. While I'm typing this to you, I'm listening to Eminem's Welcome 2 Detroit City.

But to answer your question, both teams will and tradition are even.

"Not even Michael.
Let us get that out of the way right now. What LeBron James did Thursday night in the Eastern Conference finals was not Jordanesque. It was Mike to a max not even he reached."

I don't know about everyone else, but I am tired of all the crying and complaining the Pistons are doing. I understand being a little emotional when a call doesn't go your way. But I saw several times where they obviously knocked the ball out of bounds only to look shocked when the ref. gave the ball to the Cavs and started crying.

I have not seen a playoff performance like Lebron put on last night since Jordan scored 63 pts. against Boston(the bull lost)! Noone can say that Lebron is not a closer any longer. Detroit seemed not to challenge Lebron on several drives that cost them the game! Great game and stepping out party for LJ.

He was unstoppable. He went by double teams, hit fadeaways, got to the rim.... just unreal.

Not even Michael Jordan did what LeBron did last night. It was a game for the ages. By the way, Monte, Jordan only had 60 in that game against Boston, but the key thing is, they lost. LeBron just punched the entire city of Detroit in the mouth and said, "We're not going to lose!":rockin:

longtimefirsttime,

I know how LeBron Raymone James does it. Detroit can't contain it but just play the fast, hard, physical brand of basketball they have been accustomed to.

I saw the whole game. LeBron James was the real thing out there. He has come a long way!

Eventually the puppy will stop whining.
