As much as I hate going to Cedar Point on Saturdays, It looks like I might have to make a trip up there this Saturday so I can get my ride on Maverick. I was on Vacation last week and spent my entire vacation watching the D@mn thing just sit there and do nothing.
I dont think i'll stay in the park very long. I might leave after i get my ride on Maverick.

Good thing i got Joe cool on my season pass so i can get in the park 1 hour early. :rockin:

gotigers1,

Does Massillon Proud still have that Cedar Point Day as it has in the past?

At least no one was seriously hurt. How do things like this happen, when a computer controls everything???:scratchchin:

My understanding was that the train slipped through the block section due to it being wet from the rain. It didn't slow down the train enough. I bet they don't run Magnum in the rain anymore.

Rain is blamed for Magnum malfunction

I was surprised to read they ran it in the rain. Whenever I've been there, they've shut it down when there was any hint that it might rain.
