I'm sure all you locals already know this, but I see where he's getting a tryout with the Bengals. That's pretty cool. I don't have a link but saw it on KFFL.com

Thanks for the post. This is the first that I've seen any mention of this.
Good luck Ellery:rockin:

"The Bengals also have arranged for a number of unsigned players to try out. Wide receiver Mark Burr of Urbana is from Cincinnati’s Northwest High School. Long snapper Pat Farfsing of the University of Cincinnati is from Cincinnati’s St. Xavier High School. Tight end Steve Kosky of Miami (Ohio) is from Cincinnati’s Anderson High School. Defensive tackle Ellery Moore of Kentucky is from Massillon, Ohio."

Good luck Ellery!

The bengals really need some defensive help stopping the run--- maybe Ellery can impress the coaches enough to make the squad. Good luck BIG E!!!

At 6'3'', 299 lbs., Moore will be a healthy asset. The 1999 Ohio Division I defensive player of the year is a big-time player.

There's a video on the Bengals website that has about 12 minutes of footage from their first rookie training day. Not sure what number Ellery is or if he is in the video or not but he might be #67...and would be doing blocking drills around the 8-10 minute mark.

"Local attorney Mike Puterbaugh is finding out just how difficult it is to crack the world of sports agency. Puterbaugh represents former Massillon lineman Ellery Moore and Walsh University defensive back Rayshaun Kizer. Both players were invited for rookie tryouts - Moore with Cincinnati and Kizer with the Jets."
