Who was your #2 team last year, Pittsburg you bandwagon-jumper!! LOL. Just teasing, Spize. Congrats to Justin. Man it would sure be something if he were able to make the team and be coached by Coach Dungy. Two class acts together. Now, I'll start before someone accuses me of sounding like Keno "Sultan of Swat"!!!

Colts Sign 15 Free Agents after 2007 NFL Draft
INDIANAPOLIS – In Colts President Bill Polian’s view, the draft doesn’t end after Round 7.
It didn’t end there this year, either.

The Colts, the defending Super Bowl champions, on Monday announced they had signed 15 collegiate free agents, players who were not selected in the 2007 NFL Draft, which was held Saturday and Sunday at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

The Colts, who selected nine players – six on defense and three on offense – in the draft, continued to focus on defense in collegiate free agency. They signed nine defensive players, a list that included four linebackers, including KaMichael Hall of Georgia Tech.

Hall (6-feet-0, 219 pounds) was rated by some draft analysts as a potential fifth-round selection. He started three seasons for the Yellow Jackets, registering 12.5 sacks and

two interceptions.

The Colts also signed two other players rated as potential sixth- or seventh-round selections: Jonny Harline, a tight end from Brigham Young; and Melvin Bullitt, a safety from Texas A&M.

The Colts, who drafted three players from Ohio State University, also signed Ohio State cornerback Antonio Smith.

In all, the Colts signed 15 collegiate free agents:

Linebacker Brandon Archer, Kansas State; Bullitt; defensive end Cameron Craig, Army; running back Clifton Dawson, Harvard; wide receiver Michael DePriest, Texas Christian; defensive tackle Quintin Echols, Kansas State; linebacker Ramon Guzman, Buffalo; Hall; Harline; offensive tackle Joe Lobdell, Northern Iowa; defensive tackle Ramel Meekins, Rutgers; tight end Gijon Robinson, Missouri Western State; wide receiver Trent Shelton, Baylor; Smith; and linebacker Victor Worsley, North Carolina.

i have searched without confirmation of this...please don't toy with my emotions...it's just not right!!! i got really excited...at the thought of him playing in the nfl... somewhat tempered at the idea that it would be for indianapolis...

if it is true...we will have to start calling indianapolis...OHIO STATE BUCKEYES WEST and begin praying that peyton manning injures something...nothing life-threatening...just serious enough that zwickie replaces him...leads them to the super bowl

wait!!! this scenario just won't work...how can i root for the bengals...my heart's first choice due to paul brown and our tigers...root for the hometown boy from massillon...and root for the hometown boy from findlay???

i am soooooooo torn....oh, well...ben, you have your ring...it's time for the bengals...and then, if things work out...zwick to get his later...

I seen it on the evening news tonight at 6pm. The news said that he was signed but my little brother talked to Justin tonight, and he said he was just invited to camp.

Hey big earn! How about answering the question? I am sure that all of us would appreciate it.

Just where exactly, what channel/station did you actually see this on? I have not seen it on any station at all. Not even a mention of the camp invitation. In fact, there is not even any mention of the invitation on any Colts' website anywhere, official or fanbase:wow:

According to this article, he will attend mini-camp in Indy but has not been signed to a contract.

I wish him continued success, wherever he ends up in life. Indianapolis might be a good spot for him. I found this quote from a Columbus Dispatch article from August, 2006:

"Right now it is just what can I do to help these guys out,' Zwick said. 'We've got younger guys. What can I do to help them?'

'Then with Troy, when the season comes he's going to have a lot of film to break down,' Zwick said. 'I was telling him that I went down to a camp with (Indianapolis Colts quarterback) Peyton Manning this summer. He said he will have his backup sometimes break down a game he thinks he's not going to be able to get to. If Troy needs something like that done, I am going to be there.'

'That is going to help him out, help the team out and it's also going to help me out, because I'll be breaking down the team's defense and analyzing things. It's all good."

He's a "first class" guy, there's no doubt about it.

Oh baby, Jim Sorgi seems to be pretty set as the back up but if Zwick could get that 3rd QB role this year you never know what would happen
