Rut-Ro!

If Trent Dilfer could win a Super Bowl with Billick and his D, Troy might just win one as well.
I also think it's a real good situation for Troy coming in with Boler and McNair their, and McGahee now in the backfield.

Seems like a great situation for him to come in and learn from McNair.

didn't root for him (personally) while he was at Ohio State because i really wanted our hometown boy, justin to get in there...

and

i certainly ain't going to root for him in baltimore...a team i hate the most, thanks to art model.

i am hoping that justin gets in somewhere and is able to show troy a thing or two...

with so many buckeyes ending up in indianapolis...we might have to root for them...when they aren't playing the bengals...the steelers...the dolphins...the saints....the bears...the bills...the titans... and when peyton manning is out of the game for some reason...

He'll proably choke in the superbowl like he did in the national championship game.I loved every minute of that!!

Pigskinmccarthy----Troy did not have the best game in the National Championship but hardly choked up in any game. He was running for his life all game long! Everytime a Big Ten team plays a SEC power speed on the defensive side of the ball kills our chances of winning because our SLOW oline beats beat 80% of plays. Faster football in college is winning out over the heavy slower players on defense on it shows up in big games.

Bookmark this statement---Troy Smith will be the starting QB of the Ravens in 1 or 2 years when McNair retires. Ozzie Newsome knows he got a steal in the 5th round and McNair will educate and teach Smith the NFL game and make him a quality NFL qb!!!!!

The biggest thing is Troy Smith has been through alot of rough time in his life and was telling Ginn Sr. during the 3 or 4th round "not to worry because i will make something happen on some team"!! Winners make it happen and troy is a winner and will make it in the NFL. Players like him beat the odds and perform to a higher standards--- remember he was the #21 and last scholarship awarded in 2002 by the buckeyes and look what he did for OSU!!

Just think, someday we may see Brady Quinn and Troy Smith not only play eachother twice a year but in the AFC Championship Game, Browns VS Ravens. I rooted for Troy and the Buckeyes when the kicked Bradys' and Notre Dames butts in the Fiesta Bowl a couple of years ago, But sorry Troy, In this case I have to side with Quinn.

He was a projected fourth rounder. I was a little surprised that he was taken with the last pick in the fifth round. He's a good guy and a Buckeye so I wish him well in life. But when they play the Browns, and if he's the starting QB, I will only be wishing him to be on his back.
