That is a GREAT list. I really like the one dealing with parents. We have a letter that goes out every year stating what the expectations are from our perspective to the parents. It basically states that Little Johnny, based on expectations we ALSO communicate, may play the minimum of six consecutive outs and one at bat. And that if they THINK they know more than we do they can go get a team and prove it. It seems to work. I know I don't have to deal with anyone asking about Little Johnny's playing time.
