Luck? I don't think so. When the chips are down these guys just continually rise to the occasion and do what's needed to get the win. Instead of showing your sour grapes towards Ohio State, why don't you go root for your Miami Hurricanes....Oh wait, they're not in the NCAA Tourney, they didn't even make the NIT Tourney....What were they? A miserable 12- 20 or something this year......WAY TO GO BUCKS!!! :poke: LOL

I am glad OSU was able to man up on Gage and prevent him from making that FT that would have ENDED the game, OSU didnt beat Xavier,,,Xavier did.
Sour grapes? Wrong again, it is just so easy to get you luckeye fans all in a fit,,,another week or so and the excuses will fly.

A win is a win. I don't think any team wins a championship without a some luck.

Oh well, time to go watch Miami play.

I will recognize the Buckeyes have been greatly helped on at least four occasions this season by missed opponent free throws late (Xavier, Wisconsin, Tennessee and Penn State). The three minute stretch by Xavier in the second half, where they turned a two point deficit into a nine point lead, almost finished off the Buckeyes. But they refused to quit and have advanced. Maybe it will wake them up.

If Xavier had any semblence of a coach, the Bucks would be done now!!

The Xavier fans wanted this game badly, especially after the way Matta left. However he got the last laugh.

Do you believe in miracles?

Ohio State forces OT with 2 seconds left, then rolls past Xavier

Tune in @ 12:10 today to watch OHIO STATE's next victim, either Tennessee or Virginia. Tennessee is currently a 3 point favorite to win, but,....they might have a letdown today. Should be a good game !!!

Obviously the Buckeyes were in big trouble, but had Xavier made both free throws at the end, they would be playing in the next round.

Had Xavier made there FTs during the game there wouldn't have been an overtime. Their FT percentage was pretty bad.
