Something very similar happened in NE Canton once early in the 90's.

I used to hang out with a friend who was in a band. One the way over there I saw a guy on the roof just cutting away with a chainsaw. I asked my friend what the hell is the guy doing. My friend said that this guy and his wife split and the lady got the house in the settlement. It wouldn't have done her too much good, it had a ton of holes and cuts all over the roof.

I always wondered what became of that guy!
