Imagine that, Bob Knight trying to bully people. Vitale was a college coach for four years. He led the University of Detroit to one NCAA tournament appearance and has 78 wins overall (before he went on to a flop coaching career in the NBA). Not even close to being Hall of Fame numbers. As a broadcaster he does a solid job, but do you think he's Hall quality?

As an broadcaster HELL YES! Vitale knows basketball. If he says a player is going to flop--9 times out of ten he flops! If he says a player is ready he's ready for the NBA! He knows bball weather his voice gets people upset is a differant story!

Tiger2001-- I don't like Corso all that much either but he also knows football as does Lou Holtz!!!
