Well, they finally got him after a year and a half. A tragic story of someone who was a very good friend of mine. Sad to hear that his mother passed away. She was a good person, always nice to me. Good luck to the family.http://www.indeonline.com/index.php?ID=9776&Category=

Carle,
I know what you mean. I saw him on Court TV today.

CarlE,

I was at the funeral on Saturday. Roger did the Eulogy via videotape. It was sad that he thought he couldn't attend his mom's funeral, for fear of being arrested.

I would have rather seen him arrested at the funeral, versus being arrested at The Patriot's club drinking with the family.

I talked to Roger thursday evening , soon after the death of his mother. He surely is an emotional mess. Hopefully, he can make restitution, and get on with getting well.

Me and Roger spent everyday together for about 5 years. He was an awesome friend.

I'm sure several people were relieved to hear of his arrest (and posible future restitution). From what I've read it sounds like he "fell into a hole" and didn't know how to get out of it. Being on the run can't be fun.

Bond actually set at $ 100,000. However, it only takes 10%, or $ 10,000 to get out til the trial !!

When I saw that his mother passes away, I knew the Massillon cops were looking for him. I hope he gets his life straightened out for the better.
