CatFan's D-1 Preview

As a rule, I generally don't plug posters on other websites. That said, yappi poster CatFan has posted his predictions in his D-1 preview. He has picked the winner of the State Championship 3 out of the last five years. His preview is fairly unbiased (considering as an Iggy fan, he predicts they will miss the playoffs). While not as humorous as past years, it gives readers a pretty good who's who on the states top teams. It was definitely worth my time to read.

I did note that he questions if McKinley's schedule is strong enough to prepare them for a playoff run.

It's balanced and well-written (certainly better than some of the stuff I see on that site). My favorite part:
"After 7 turbulent and inconsistent years in the Shepas era, Coach Tom Stacy took over the Massillon program and showed OH that Massillon is still a program capable of winning a state title in D1."

It would be great to wrestle the title away from SWO. But of course I hope St. Ed would not be the team doing that.

I thought it was very well thought out and researched.... Good info there... I liked the info he gave about the Chandler, Az team .... 15th in the country??? So where does that put us then if we win???
