Dang shame. He's a real nice guy. They have their boat "Blue Heaven" docked here where I live and I run into them every now and then. He was actually picked up around 2:45 AM but the official arrest report states he was arrested at 4:26 AM. What I find ironic is that it was the day before the Yankees started reporting to spring training. Gosh, what good would he have been that first day anyway?

In a market sharing agreement with the St. Petersburg Police Department, he was released on a $200-million bond. :wink:
