Wow, what happened to the basketball team against Florida. We owe them some payback in the bowl game.
I guess the Florida students were chanting, "over-rated," and then "just like football."
I hope the Buckeyes don't let up on these guys are run them into the ground.

I only watched the second half, but it looked like Florida was playing in fast forward!!! Seems like they just wanted it more than our boys.....
But it was a pretty physical game too. Seemed like the refs should have been blowing the wistle more

I find it refreshing when the refs let 'em play. What I don't like is the Buckeye philosophy of bringing up court and shooting a quick three most trip up the court. Even when Oden was in the game, they didn't get to him often enough inside.

Unfortunately I didn't get to watch much of the game. I do agree though that I like it more when the refs let them play.
I really hope playing these tough teams will help improve the team for the tournament.

Oden doesn't have his "game legs" back yet. He was gassed in the second half. The Florida fans can chant all they want. I'll take a National Championship in football over a relatively meaningless December basketball game anytime.

LOL. let's see how quickly each UF fan who chanted that stuffs their foot in their mouth after the title game.

We got our butts beat pretty bad. But, there are things that can be learned from the game. We made an impressive run after halftime to tie it up at 38. Florida then kicked it into a gear that we hadn't seen before. That had to shock our guys and let them know that when you play a team like that, you need to play at a higher level.
It's also obvious that Oden needs to gain strength in the wrist. He is an imposing presence, but against top caliber big men, he just cannot play to his potential with only one hand.
All that being said, after playing on the road at Carolina and Florida, this team is better than I thought they would. I would love to get another shot at those guys again on a neutral floor in the tournament.
Isn't this fun?!?!?

The team is young and Odem is not at full strength yet. Its nothing but a young and talented team getting early education to the college game. OSU will be there come tourny time for a nice run to the Final 4

Did you see Oden's block at the end of the Indiana game? Wow!
