Casey is a Cleveland Sports Broadcasting Legend. He loved Cleveland Sports and always loved his job with Fox 8 and WTAM 1100. He is now up there with his Father, and Nev Chandler. I wonder what the three of them would have had to say about the Browns Game yesterday VS the Bengals? While there were no (5,4,3,2,1, Tochdown Browns calls) Casey was still rounding third and heading home. I know I will miss Casey. God Bless him and his Family. Thanks for the Memories.

Think of the great life Casey had and how we was blessed to have the occupation he did, and how he shared that with all of us. Thanks, Casey!

He died of pancreatic cancer where only 4% survive it.

Unbelievable....

Another good man is gone from this world. God bless him and his family.

I thought he was a great announcer who's voice resonated like his dad's.

He never gave up-even in these last few months. He was a great example of what is Cleveland sports. He always put himself in the public eye, impacting Cleveland and even showing his more personal side at AA meetings-letting everyone know that he was a recovering alcoholic.
here's a link that has everything you would want to know.

Word spreads fast among those in the "broadcast community". He was well liked by those who worked with or met him. His outlook following his prognosis was very admirable.
