I am asking you all to say a prayer that the Browns don't beat up the Bengals to bad on Sunday.

I was reading an article in the Inde while I was home this week talking about all the Bengals the Browns put out of the game the last time they played. Man, that sounded like a severe butt-kicking everywhere except the scoreboard. Should be a barnburner tomorrow.

i must say that you took a direction i didn't think you'd take.
i thought you'd say "poor bengals....they were predicted to win the division this year, they were predicted by some to go far into the playoffs, and predicted by some to go to the superbowl.....but now they're struggling and hoping just to get in the playoffs, so everyone say a prayer for this incredibly underachieving group of men."
all they hype and they've only won two more games than a browns team that wasn't predicted to do anything this year.

Well it is apparent that no one prayed for my Bengals. I hear there wasn't room in the whirlpool for all the Bengal players with rug burns from intercepting all those passes and sacking poor Charley. I hear there will be a supplemental draft to restock the Browns roster.
I hope you all know that I say all this in jest. I was a Brown fan for quite a few years and when the Bengals are out of contention, I still root for the Browns.

When the team with the worst ranked defense in the league beats the crap out of you like the Bengals did to the Browns today, you have to give credit where credit is due. The Browns couldn't even come close to handling the Bengals, and they flat out stunk. I am still not looking to jump ship, but the Brown's need to get themselves a Real NFL quarterback. Fry is simply not ready to lead an NFL team and may never be.
I am interested to hear what you all think of Romeo as a head coach:scratchchin:
On the bright side..........the Steelers are as big of losers as the Browns are!

It was a buttkicking, pure and simple. The highlight was the opening kickoff returned for a TD (which was quickly called back by a penalty). After that the romp was on. The penalty chain stopped Chad Johnson better than the Browns did!

Thank you to all that prayed for the Bengals. I think they can carry on now without Divine Intervention.
