......i was very happy with the game but musberger does a poor job on all venues....i am commenting on the skills of an overpaid windbag,he could screw up a dog show........imo

He made some kind of comment about the Buckeyes having to make a big comeback when Michigan went up 7-0. There was around 10 minutes left to go in the first quarter. I thought it was odd considering the huge amount of time left. I liked it better when Keith Jackson called the games but there are several announcers who annoy me worse than Musberger.

If there is one announcer who annoys me a great deal (well, there was one)...it used to be Larry Merchant of HBO Sports...when it came for his time to give Roy Jones the respect he demanded after every win, he wasn't willing to do it (he got even cussed the heck out by one of Jones' fight rappers at one point for his lack of respect).

The only time I was annoyed by Merchant was when he didn't give RJ his due. Other than that, he was pretty good.

But on Musberger, he hasn't really ever given me a problem.

disclaimer: don't care if you agree with my opinion...but, i am entitled to it whether it suits you or not...people have fought and died for my ability to express it...so here goes...

i just put the tv on mute when musburger is doing an ohio state game...he is so biased against us...very apparent...right down to the tone of his voice when the other team does something right...every now and then he may say some small positive thing, but i think it is just to save his job...

.........that was not the call i am referring to but rather saying osu was in the bcs title game before michigan's last touchdown and onside attempt.....i have endured too much of the fumble,the drive,mesa's collapse,moeller's famous last play,1991 iggy game, and the worst of all...moron's chanting "we want moeller" while being shutout by parma padua......call me paranoid but the fat lady must sing,the cattle have to locked in the barn,and people who speak of victory too soon drive me a bit nuts....a bit?
