you are definitely #1. Also, I think the coaching staff and players are a classy group and serve their university well. I think Jim Tressel is the best college coach in the country. I remember when Coop was fired and most Buckeye fans wanted Glen Mason. I thought he'd get it, too. I know Tress only wanted one job - OSU. When he got it, I was so happy for him and immediately thought, "There goes our 10-2-1 record down the drain!"

It's just too bad some of their fans can't be as classy.

The Michigan fans have revived the annual "fire Lloyd Carr" petition.

Class is over-rated! You either have it, like all Buckeye fans, or, you don't like all Michigan fans!
Speaking of over-rated! How about that front 7 of the Wolverines!
Heck, make it the entire Wolverine defense that's over-rated!

liner! I totally agree with you, and even Warren1st! Tressel is :no1:

Just know that I've tried my best to offer an olive branch to said person by offering to take him fishing, take him to the OSU-UM game this past weekend, offered his teams (WGH and UM) best of luck in their games, congratulated he and his teams on their past victories, and even said many kind words about Bo.
But for some reason, it's never enough for him. He always fires arrows in my direction and follows me from post to post to say things like "that was the worst post I've ever read, anywhere" in response to one of the most factual posts ever made on this, or any other web-site!

I just don't get the venom!

Thanks for reading buddy

......if it's because of your political leaning he is wrong.....i haven't read all the posts but that is my guess.....my mother is a wonderful person but judges all on their political thoughts and she ain't gonna change at 87.......and so it goes...

 I was just thinking how nice it was to read a Michigan fans post congratulating us-then to throw in about our fans being unclassy.
We all know that it happens on all sides of rivalries. Not juston our side or their side.

Come to think of it, you're probably on to something. He and I never have seen eye to eye on Dubya's "war", Dubya's immigration policy, Dubya's spending habits, "stay the course", Dick Cheney's lies, Donald Rumsfelds inept performance as Sec. Of Defense, or much else!

That's got to be it my friend! Thanks

Monday morning... I finally get "on-line"...

I never expected a 42-39 score, esp. considering the reputation of BOTH defenses comming into the game; I figured this one to end 13-10, or something similar.

I give props to Michigan for scoring 39 on the "#1" scoring defense in the country... and getting 2 take-aways in such a big game.

As a Buckeye... I do NOT want to see a re-match in the Fiesta Bowl... it's too difficult to beat the same team twice in a season!! I pray that Michigan gets ranked #3 and stays there.

Then, liner, I strongly suggest you read ALL his posts and ALL my posts and see what kind of conclusion you come up with.

liner!

That would be a lot of reading.
Please allow me to offer this very objective analogy before you jump to any conclusions:
The conclusions you considered in you earlier post are "Spot on" to use the great hunting analogy offered to us by Dubya and Dick!

Is this a political forum? I guess if these other posts can stay here than my post can too.
Warren1st is one of the most consistent posters on MP.
He has been here longer than most of our posters. His opinions are usually well thought and accurate, and I notice that a few newer posters have taken a liking to jumping on every one of his comments and dissecting them and then turning them into a five day throw-down.
I for one am tired of the constant bickering.
Every one of us is entitled to our own opinions. Whether we like our President or not, or who is right wing, or left-win, or whatever.
What teams we like or do not like, etc..
I feel that the constant badgering is going to cause us to lose valuable posters.
I just wanted to clarify that my friendly banter of Warren1st above was just that "friendly". I meant what I said every team has good fans and bad fans. Even us.
Lighten up guys. It's just a forum.
