With the temperatures hovering close to the mid 90's this week, and the heat index at 100 today, what are you doing to stay cool?
As for me, I'm staying indoors until early evening and keepipng the AC going full blast. We were outside last night on our boat for a while, but waited until around 7:00.
Also, for those of you who are outside a lot this week, be very careful. The news says that with the heat index so high, you run a risk of heat stroke unless you stay really hydrated. Drink lots of H2O!! :)

No AC here. It's hot, Africa hot. Current reading on my coffee table is 91.4 degrees with 59% humidity. Right now the fan is blowing the hot air that's built up today out. A little later I'll reverse it and hope I get some air moving around. A nice refreshing seafood salad is on the menu for dinner. And water, lots of water.

I go to physical therapy where its air conditioned, very cold it's nice. Come home to my air conditioned house with the ceiling fans going full blast. Drive my air conditioned car, only go to air conditioned places and if it's not cool enough I leave. Take long showers and drink lots of water.

It was a good night to go to the ribs burnoff. We went just after 6, the place was practically a ghost town. We didn't have to wait in line for food, and got home to the A/C within an hour.

No AC in the house or car. It has been one of the rare times that work hasn't been so bad.
