I am absolutely disgusted! Caution animal lovers!

I just read this online and I am a huge animal lover (but don't get me wrong I hate PETA) anyway... when I read this, I teared up and am so pi$$ed right now!
China had 3 people die of rabies so the gov't ordered a mandatory slaughter of ALL dogs! Even 4,000 that were vaccinated! They ended up bludgeoning, electrocuting and poisoning 50,000 dogs! Some of these were taken & beaten right in front of their owners as they walked them down the street!

How sick are these people? I don't understand how people could be so cruel!

........i imagine they are still tossing away many newborn female peasant babies as this was their common practice.....like many other vets i saw smoked hanging dogs in vietnam shops......we had a mascot dog we protected and there would have been collateral damage if they touched him........it is hard for us to understand foreign cultures....

That is absolutely horrifying! Honest to God! How can people dare to call themselves civilized in this world and at the same time be so completely ignorant and inhumane.:bomb: To top it off, are they so stupid that they could not figure out a way to put these poor creatures to rest in a more humane, appropriate manner like euthanasia? Even shooting them would have been kinder than beating them to death like a bunch of barbarians,for God's sake! Those poor poor animals.

thats terrible but its a completely differrent culture they dont value the lifes of animals like we do here after all they are only just dogs and by killing the dogs you save human lifes bbut then agian there are betters ways maybe not less expensive but better
