Question about TigerDon article...............

Is it really true that we have no receiver with more than nine catches this season? That does not seem correct to me. Also, I was under the impression that Emery was moved from the middle of the defensive line to more of a tackle spot. The article says that he is flanked by inexperience. Going back to the receiver position, I would not rate that as an "even". I think that would be a definitive advantage for us.

I wondered the same thing Benchboss and after looking at the season stats on the booster club site I think TigerDon was looking in the wrong column...he must have been looking at games played and not # of catches. As you can see the Tigers have 4 guys with more then 20 and another at 18 and I agree with you the Tigers have a huge advantage in WR and need to take advantage of that on Saturday.

Also as was the case last year for Mck they have 1 WR with almost half of the completions by Grimsley, he has 54 comp. the WR has 21 of them, but of course they dont need to throw as much when you have Williams and Sheeler.
