I just clicked on the website, like I sometimes do when I need to research a topic, and I saw the following message:

"After 10 wonderful football seasons, TigerMania is forever signing off. Old TigerCarl can no longer annually revamp this site at the quality level it once enjoyed. Farewell, my dear Tiger Friends."

I am going to try to contact Carl. At best, I'd like to see him continue. It would be an honor for me to host the historical portion of the site.

That is a very good idea. I wish you luck with that and I hope TigerCarl is doing alright. Let him know that we, the MP posters, wish him the best, appreciate his undying loyalty to the Tigers, and miss his posts:hug:

I wanted you all to know, I got an email from Carl. It was a return email to my phone call earlier this month.

He's contemplating a move back home, after 22 years down there.

Still no news on the status of his site.

It is great to know he's still kicking though!

I'll let everyone know what happens!

He has seen more Tiger history than almost anyone alive today. That should be respected (and welcomed back with open arms).
