"When you love the Tigers, you’ll do just about anything you can to keep up with the team. Even if it means renting an apartment in Massillon just to be sure you get to attend all the regular and post-season games.

'It is a big expense,' Gene admits, 'but still, to me, it’s worth it. If it cost double what we pay now, I would still do it.'”

I hope on October 28th we see a car with Michigan plates and Tiger gear honking it's horn leaving PBTS!

Met those folks 2 weeks ago at Tiger Rags before the Buchtel game. Talked to them for 10 or 15 minutes and they told me the whole story about how they live in Michigan now but came down and rented an apartment for the Tiger's Football season.......Nice people.

Regarding Michigan plates leaving PBTS...Both of my parents were MSU alum, and moved to Massillon after getting married out of MSU (Republic Steel brought them to TigerTown). They probably had Michigan plate that first year...but may not have gone to the games until years later after we (their kids) grew up more. I lure remember the Tige Swing Band in the parades downtown TigerTown. I was in the MTSB as well. TtigerFan AD (class of '76)

I thought the "Hokey Pokey was what it was all about"... I stand corrected!

Go Tigers!
