James was an excellent cover man for the state finalist Tigers in 2005 and showed that as he limited Joe Morgan of Canton McKinley to only one catch in the Tigers 2005 21-3 region 2 championship win.

Anyway, while I am posting this, I was in Alliance tonight and ran into former Massillon standout linebacker and defensive general Mike "The Tiger" Silverthorn!!! He is the athletic director of the soon-to-be NBC champion Alliance Aviators!!!!

But back to Neil James, it's pleasing to see that hard work has paid off for him in a great way.
