Yeah I felt good for Jamie after that because he didn't get a fair chance earlier in the season. I played in that game and remember a screen pass to Jason Stafford that went for about 50 yards that set up the halfback pass Slutz threw to Doug Harig for the TD. Coach Owens snuck Jamie in the game right after the big gain by Stafford and we lined up quickly and went on a quick count. I remember seeing the entire McK coaching staff screaming from the sideline to call timeout because they saw Jamie in the backfield and new it was gong to be a halfback pass... too late!
