That storm last night wake anyone else up at about 1:30 AM? there was a huge flash of lighting and thunder that made me think they dropped the bomb on us. Wow! Anyone hear if it touched down in Massillon? It sure sounded like it did.

Wow- That was a serious storm! My pets were scrambling too. The thunder and lightning kept me awake worrying about the huge tree in the front yard falling on my house.

Not an oak but huge nonetheless. It didn't come down though. Thank God.

It rattled me out of bed too. I know we need the rain, just not the storms.

Some thunder woke me up and when I got out of bed to look out of window a bolt of lighting came down and it looked like I had a bright purple light in my room. Must have been close to the house

LOL...I was being a bit sarcastic, but I truly just have a vague memory of hearing it so apparently I slept through most of it. Didn't realize it was as bad as people are saying. My 4 year old didn't budge either.

I must have been out of it too. Once, I woke up and heard some thunder, but back to sleep I went. Probably thinking…there’s no place like home…there’s no place like home.
And….isn’t dat “Acoma” in Washington state???? -- or am I just dreaming it????
