Below is the 'Celebration of Champions' announcment from last Fraiday's game.

2008 offers a unique opportunity to celebrate Massillon Tiger Football and Tiger Swing Band history. This year marks would be the 100th birthday of legendary Coach Paul Brown, the 75th anniversary of the Massillon Tiger Football Booster Club and the 70th anniversary of George “Red” Bird’s Tiger Swing band. Over the course of the 2008 football season, we will celebrate these iconic Massillonians and their historic legacies.

On the evening of September 5th Tiger fans are in for a real treat. Beginning immediately after the football team’s traditional tiger walk, there will be a public open house of the newly completed Paul L. David Indoor Athletic Training facility. During the open house the Booster Club will feature many Paul Brown exhibits and memorabilia which will be eventually housed in the future Paul E Brown museum. Coach Brown’s wife Mary will be in attendance along with Red Bird’s daughter Shirley. A book signing by author Andrew O’Toole will also be featured highlighting his latest book “Paul Brown-The Rise and Fall and Rise Again of Football's Most Innovative Coach”. A celebratory cake will also be served in the cafeteria complements of the Football and band boosters.

Well, Valdosta may be "Titletown" but this should leave little doubt about who is the "City of Champions".

Trust me. If you get to enter from the door by the gym and walk up the long dim orange and black hallway its exciting. Then once you get inside its amazing. Its just an amazing site. And the Leaping Tiger in the middle would look much better in the stadium IMO

Yes this is a beautiful facility as I have been inside and we should all be thankful for the David foundation to make this dream possible. This is a great addition for the students of Massillon and our community. GO TIGERS MASSILLON ALWAYS
