obie7661,

I was shocked to see that. But the city is getting really really tired and angry of people stealing copper.

I would have it re-delivered and then ask Shane Jackson to site the appellate decision that allows them to reject it.

Although I don't know why this Einstein doesn't just pay the fine and move on. He MUST know he's now marked. What a knucklehead.

How can you turn down American money? Maybe he should pay in pesos, that seems to be where we are heading. Too bad he isn't an illegal immigrant, he would be treated better.

Exactly.

Some people have way too much free time.

The city of Massillon isn't playing around no more when it comes to copper.

Way too much time on his hands. I guess if he slowed down and stopped speeding everywhere he wouldn't have to worry about paying his fines in pennies. Also a third moving violation in a year could garner him jail time. Maybe then he could sit behind bars and count pennies all day long! What a dork. Just pay the fine already and get over it.

Yeah, I think he's a tool. Yeah, he could go to the bank and get the funds. Yeah, he should just end this and get it over with. Yeah, he should grow the funk up. But seriously, on the other hand, why is there a law that prohibits coin? Isn't it money, doesn't it spend? I think on principle alone, it would be interesting on how this plays out.
