Good luck to all the Tigers playing tonight. This will be their last opportunity to represent Massillon, and I know you guys will make the entire town proud.

It's a good thing... Talking about it here is against the forum rules. :deal:
* Absolutely NO injury reports are to be discussed publicly in the forums

Obiefan, I am not making a post per his injury at this time, but I do have a question for you please. What would it hurt to comment about how he is doing for people who are concerned about him? Especially since he is graduated and not returning to play football...anywhere? I can understand if this was someone that was coming back and not wanting to give the competition any info, but this is a different issue. I will wait for your reply, thanks.

I gotta agree with Kamd50 on this one... but it's Obiefan's web-site, Obiefan's rule book.

Well, it is off-season... I suppose it wouldn't hurt.
But during season, that rule *has to* stand. I hope everyone understands.

Agreed the current players shouldnt be discussed off season or not ....

I just thought that anyone who was concerned about Shawn's health would like to know that he has torn ligaments in his ankle and is constantly icing it. In his words "I'm messed up" But I'll tell ya what, that is one TOUGH kid and he will be ok:weightlift: Speedy recovery Shawn:rockin:

It looked pretty nasty the way his leg got all twisted up.

I'm pretty sure he tore some ligaments in his ankle - that's from a pretty good source, but that's all I know. Oh...just noticed that was already posted! Looks like my source was pretty good!

I spoke with him on Tuesday and he told me the same thing, tore three ligaments and is possibly having the surgery in two weeks pending on the swelling and the condition of his achilies, he hurt that also and the doctors want the swelling to go down first before they make any decisions. Good Luck Shawn and God Bless.
